TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed January 12 by Heather Locklear‘s sister … who believed the actress was in serious trouble after taking a dangerous combination of prescription drugs and alcohol.
Law enforcement has redacted everything Heather’s sister said to the dispatcher … we’re assuming for patient confidentiality reasons.
TMZ broke the story … paramedics examined Heather after her sister made the emergency call, and determined Heather needed to be hospitalized.
