TMZ broke the story … Lindsay will likely get out of jail in minutes due to overcrowding, but Whitmore claims, she could be stuck behind bars for hours — even overnight — depending on when she decides to check herself in.
Whitmore answered several questions about Lindsay‘s impending jail sentence earlier today during a news conference — but despite claims Lindsay is getting off easy … Whitmore insists she’s getting the same treatment as everyone else.
